I am an Arlington, Virginia based artist.  My preferred mediums are acrylic paint, Oil-based paint pen, and india ink pen.  I am an active member of the Arlington Artist's Alliance, and the Del Ray Artisans.  

 

I draw from a variety of inspirations, including traditional Asian art, cartoons, and nature/wildlife.  Artistic elements often featured in my work are a palette of bright colors, bold outlines, simple compositions, and minimalist patterned or textured backgrounds.  I hope my paintings are cheerful, optimistic, and fun while also promoting causes I care about, including conservation and animal welfare. 

 

I am also an Artist Partner with the International Rhino Foundation.  At least 50% of the purchase price of any of my Rhino-themed artwork will be donated to IRF, a conservation and research 501(c)(3) nonprofit for Rhinos.  Find out more and shop at Rhinos.org
